| Changzhou Yangs Mould Co., Ltd. (Original Changzhou City Wujin Lujiaxiang Mould Factory) is a joint stock enterprise which is located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu province. It is about 1.5 hours by car between Shanghai and our plant. The plant was founded in 1974 and has 210 staffs 25% of them are engineers engaged with the tire mold design and research. We are professional tyre mould manufacturer, the annual output of products is up to 1300 sets of tire moulds. Till now we have established long-term business links with more than 30 tire production enterprises all over the world. With the development of the world automobile industry, the better quality of tire is required. A high quality of mould is the guarantee of super quality of tire. So we are introducing talents and importing the advanced equipment and technology to improve the quality and increase the production efficiency. Since 2000, ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System has been performed in production management all over the factory. Motivated by a desire to treasure talented people develop technology and enhance management, we always make efforts to improve quality of products, increase the production efficiency, investigate the market, perfect the management system. Major Products: Angular Segmented Mold (option to have the steam house), Conical Segmented Mold, SEMI-Container Segmented Mould (for BOM press), Two-piece Mold (aluminum casting with all steel back, all steel type for bias tyre and radial tyre), Multi-Pieces mould (engraved type and tread spacer for Multi-Size tyre), Bladder Mold, flap mould, inner tube mould, Building Drum (for bias and radial tyre), rubber track mould etc. Major Equipments and Technology: Apply the world advanced design, modeling and manufacturing software, Five-axis, Four-axis, Three-axis machining centers (for master models, segmented mould, aluminum mould and rubber track machining), electrode model engraving machining centers (Max. diameter for moulds is up to dia3000mm.), EDM machining centers, CNC turning lathes (Max. diameter for moulds is up to dia2600mm.), CNC milling tools, side wall engraving machining centers, high-tech aluminum casting machines, CNC wire cutting machines etc. |
